Product description

Pumps in the 230 V version are supplied as standard with thermal overload protection built into the pump, 10 m H07 RN-F 3G1 cable, float and plug.
The pumps are equipped with a float switch that stops and starts the pump depending on the level.
The rubber grommets of the mains cable and float cable are removable and prevent liquid from entering the motor around the cable.
The motor is dry, cooled by the surrounding liquid.
The motor starts using a capacitor.
Thermal protection in the motor winding protects the electric motor from burning out due to overload, e.g. due to impeller blockage, high temperature, voltage drop, etc.
Double mechanical seal SiC/CA – SiC/CA is characterized by high resistance to abrasion. For lubrication and cooling purposes, the mechanical seal is in an oil chamber.
From the impeller side, the mechanical seal is protected by a seal that prevents dirt from penetrating the seal.
Swirl type impeller prevents clogging

WQ submersible sludge pumps are designed for pumping polluted water, sludge, sewage, wastewater, pumping water from flooded basements, canals, excavations, etc.
These pumps can also be used for pumping out wastewater contaminated with sludge, small lumpy and fibrous particles, pieces of wood, leaves, stones, etc.
They are also used for pumping water from surface and subsurface sources such as rivers, ponds, sumps and swimming pools.
The pumped liquid must not exceed a maximum temperature of 35°C, a specific gravity of 1.1 kg/dm3 and the pH value of the liquid must be in the range of 6 to 10.
